EFS missing...Factory mode activated... Here is the solution

   When you see this screen, it means the Factory mode is activated, There are lot of reasons why it's activated, you've changed many times the rom without backuping your EFS and MODEM folders,
or you've deleted this files by an error using a root explorer..
This problem hapened to me in my Samsung Star Plus ( I think this problem happened only is Samsung Phones)  I tried a lot of solutions, but only one worked for me:
Download this file EFS-Fix-regalstreak.tar.md5
Download Odin
Put your phone in download mode
Flash the file in PDA
Wait for it to show RESET in blue colour
After it shows RESET Disconnect the phone from PC by unplugging the USB cable
Remove the battery of the phone
Insert the battery again
Reboot the phone
After phone reboots, switch it OFF again
Switch it ON ( Here it works for me)
If it doesn't work, Reboot the phone again it will work.
